Linen weekly change: we change bed and bathroom linen once a week.

A large video-controlled parking area allows our guests to park their cars just in front of their building.
In 2 minutes walking distance from the residence there is a bus stop. From there buses will bring you the airport, the railway station and to the famous leaning Tower (line 21, red LAM, and line P546). In front of the residence there is a big parking area for tourist buses.

The Tulipan Residence also offers its guest high speed wi- fi connection, to be paid separately, if not included in the room rental.
Each apartment is equipped with a telephone line with free direct number for incoming phone calls , and outgoing calls with a cost that it will be charged at the end of the stay , according to the statement .
